Who We Are
About Sandra Lind Todd, Founding Business Partner
A passionate and skilled people and operations manager – her working career started 25+ years ago. She has over 20 years experience in people and business management, leadership development, improving business processes, and leading businesses and high performing teams in Stockholm, London and Cape Town.
She started her career in a customer service environment in 1998 and built a career in various sectors before joining Bloomberg L.P. in London in 2006 and, before starting Strategic Leadership Team, was the head of Bloomberg’s Cape Town Data operation from 2010 to 2018.
With exposure in both start-up and large corporates in the Training & Coaching, ICT, Media, and FinTech sectors, she is a relationship builder, strategic innovator with a pragmatic approach anchored in data driven decision making resulting in implementable and measurable solutions. Most of all, her source of inspiration is to help others grow and see them succeed by being the best they can be.
